In order to implement J&K Right to Information Act 2004 read with J&K Right to Information Rules 2005, Grievance Redressal Cells has been constituted comprising of the following:

    1. Secretary
    2. Divisional Manager (concerned)
    3. Section Officer

The Cell examines the complaints/ grievances of the public and puts to the Managing Director with the relevant record and specific recommendations within a stipulated period from the date of the receipt of the complaints/ grievances for disposal.

 

The Secretary J&K SCs, STs & BCs Development Corporation Limited has been appointed as nodal/ contact officer to receive complaints/ grievances of the public.

Vigilance Cell - On the directions of the J&K State Administration Department Sh. Mohd Iqbal Kataria, Manager (Projects) is nominated as Departmental Vigilance Officer (DVO). The DVO also examines the complaints of the public and within the office and put it to the Managing Director with relevant record/ recommendations for further disposal/ action.
